Hi team,

I have a standard 2% gateway fee set up on my booster plugin module.

When a customer manually applies a $200 voucher to a $200 product on my website, the booking still asks for physical payment of a gateway fee of 2% of $200 = $4.

If a customer clicks on a redemption link via a gift voucher e-mail, the gateway fee correctly tries to calculate 2% of the remaining $0 balance, which equals 0 also.

This behavious is making lots of customers angry, and I don’t know what other setting to apply within your plugin. I am using the Gateway Fee module with a simple 2%.

Please could I e-mail you a gift voucher for you to test as a customer would experience it to see what I mean?
